Possibly

First and most importantly, IT'S FREEZING HERE! Who asked for these temps? I know I didn't! It's 16 but the wind is gusting at like 30mph so it feels like 0 outside and they said the windchill tomorrow is going to be around -20! WHO WANTS THAT???????? I just want spring. I'm a spring and fall kind of girl anyway. This winter stuff is just DUMB! I'm protesting!

I'm supposed to be working on some orders I have...but I'm just not quite motivated yet so I'm going to mess around on here for a little bit. I'm daydreaming about a laptop right now. I'm in need of a second computer. I've pretty much overloaded this one. Thank goodness it's a great computer cause otherwise I'm pretty sure it would have permanently crashed on me. I've decided I need a laptop for several reasons. One, I need to take some pressure off of this one! Second, if I do any more craft shows and things like that, I need something I can take with me...take orders, even design things for people on it. I was drooling over some laptops last night while at Office Depot. I'd like another Dell (that's what my desktop is) and I love how it runs and works! I've never had any major problems with it! And the small problems I have had, I've been able to fix (which says a lot). A wonderful friend of mine is sending me info on the new laptop she just bought so if anyone else has any suggestions, send them my way!

I think I'm leaning towards doing some type of Bible study or something like that on here. I've got a Bible study I've been attempting to do for at least a few years and just never have. I know it's good. I just let other things get in my way (and I said that was going to stop in 2007). So if I have to do it on here, I'll stay on top of it! I'd love to share it with you guys, get your opinions and all of that so please feel free to join in! I'm hoping to get it started tonight but we'll see. It should be in the next few days for sure. And if you have any ideas of Bible studies or things you'd like to do, let me know! I may add my prayer list that goes out on to this too. I know prayer works and I know that we'd all appreciate prayers from everywhere! So that may be added as well! Just a thought! Let me know what you think!

just checking in...i'm stalling because i'm not sure what to post about today actually. i like the idea of a bible study. i'll try to join in. i've been wanting to be a part of one, but it's hard to get regularly scheduled time to get out - kwim?

New year, new me. Who says that? Ok, a lot of people so no offense if you’re one of them.  But I like me. Sure, I’m not perfect. But I don’t want to really change all of me.  So no silly quote like that for me! It is hard to believe that 2019 is here. The older I get, the quicker time flies by.  I do remember being told that when I was a teenager.  Those people were so right.  It feels like yesterday that I was sitting in my quiet house while Johanna was off with friends celebrating the start of 2018.  But that was a year ago.  Today, I’m still sitting in my quiet house but that’s because Karyna is just waking up for the day.   A few years ago, I used to work on videos that would highlight my year.  I loved doing them but they took time.  And that’s time that I don’t have as much of these days.  It’s hard to go through a year of pictures and videos.  Do you know how many pictures I take a year?  My goodness!...

Friday Follow

How come when it's time to do the Friday Follow, I have nothing interesting to say??? Hmmmm...it's been a long week.  Days where things just didn't make sense.  Lots I need to process.  It's possible that all of my thinking will lead to a great post this weekend.  But for now, I just hope all of you new visitors find something interesting to read from other posts here.  I plan to spend this rainy weekend doing some thinking, relaxing, watching movies and checking out new blogs!  Sounds like a good way to spend the weekend, right?  :-)  Thanks for stopping by!

New Cards!!!

So between resting this weekend (cause my allergies kicked my butt...especially yesterday), I worked on making some cards.  It's been SO long since I've actually spent time doing something like this and I LOVE making cards!  So I wanted to share them with you.  I made 20 cards total.  2 each of 10 designs.  So now there's two sets of friendship cards.  I think I'm going to try to sell one set.  Then I think give the other set away.  I'm just not sure how.  Any ideas?  I'm thinking if you leave a comment about the cards you'll be entered to win.  If you buy one set of cards, you'll also be entered to win.  Hows that sound?
