Oh my goodness!! It was July the last time I wrote anything of importance!! I am SO sorry!!! The rest of the summer got away from me...and apparently so did the beginning of Fall! But I'm hoping to get back on track. Please forgive me for my absence!
The summer got away from me for several reasons. The first being the my boss...the director of the daycare I am the assistant director at...went on maternity leave. She had her second baby. An adorable baby boy!
Things really haven't slowed down but that's ok. I'm hoping to update the blog some more...and not get so behind! I have a book review to do as well so maybe that will happen later on this weekend. I know...this was a very quick update of everything and I probably could have included a lot more details but I'll save that all for another day!!!
I hope you all had a wonderful summer and I pray you're enjoying the fall! It's quite windy here today but I'm going to head out soon to see Keagen play some flag football! Then it's back home for OSU football! (We're struggling a little this year but I'm still a big fan!) GO BUCKS!

That's him the day he was born!
Here is in at the beginning of Sept!
And this is him with his 3 year old big sister!
Isn't he precious?? So for 8 weeks, Christina was on maternity leave. Now, I've done this before so I wasn't as nervous but still...I knew it wouldn't all be easy. Plus I was getting ready for my amazing friend Sarah's wedding that was at the beginning of September. So things were just busy!!! But a good busy. And in the middle of all of the crazyness, Tera got to come back for a few days to visit and it was so good to see her!!
We had a Wedding Shower for Sarah and Destry towards the end of August. Fall session at daycare started right around then too. Our church was in the Labor Day parade here and that was fun! (And cold!) I got to drive the float. Scary!
That's our LARGE water bottle.
And this is everyone on the float after the parade was over and I was driving us back to where it all started. Yeah...Imagine driving that thing down main streets with all of those people on the back and in the van. Scary!!!
Then Sarah's wedding day was Sept. 10 and she was beautiful!!! (And Destry was quite handsome himself!)
Here's one of the pics of the wedding party. I love this pic!! It was so wonderful to see Sarah finally get to marry the man she's been praying for! And because they live pretty close, I get to see her more often! That makes me happy!!!
I spent the majority of that day getting ready for Sarah's wedding and being a part of her special day. Then right after her reception ended, and I made sure her and Destry were in their truck and off for their first night together as a married couple (hee, hee), I hopped into the Deidramobile and headed to another reception! One of our girls from work got married that day as well and I wanted to make sure I got to spend a little time at her reception as well.
That's the other beautiful bride, Brandi, and our co-worker Gayle.
It was a super busy day but beyond beautiful day.
Christina came back on Sept. 19. I do think I was the happiest person at work!!! I turned 33 on Sept. 20. I was hoping things would slow down some but they never did. It's just been busy. Lots of things going on at work. And that's really what's taking up the majority of the time. I did get the chance to take some senior pics of my friend's daughter. I still need to take some more but I'm sure it won't take long. She's beautiful!
